You could be an experienced rural land agent providing professional services to rural clients and therefore will have the necessary undertaking and qualifications to carry out professional private client work or perhaps you may have a strong empathy with rural life or estate management and will be able to establish trusting relationships with landowners to act as their managing agent.

 If you want to work in rural Cumbria, you could not choose to work with two better rural professionals, and within the brand of PFK, which dates back generations, and all operating out of a converted traditional building in a sandstone courtyard outside Penrith. PFK Rural Limited, based in Penrith, Cumbria is a multi-disciplinary firm looking to recruit a self-motivated, enthusiastic individual to join the Rural Surveying team.

We deal with both estate management and private clients covering a variety of work in rural estate management, property management, sales and lettings, planning and development, farm schemes and valuation, to name just a few.

PFK Rural Limited will support the successful individual through their RICS and CAAV qualifications, and you will be based in the main office at Edenhall, Penrith.
